The Journey
Section 1: The Early Days "I started in production—shooting, editing, building visual stories. I learned cinematography at Humanaut, cut my teeth on documentary work, and spent five years at Artlist creating content and learning what made creators tick.
I've been a DP on documentaries about social justice, shot campaigns for Liquid Death and Ole Smoky, art directed for Meta Quest, and built visual identities for brands like SAAF Garments. I've worked across fashion, tech, beverage, music, and culture."
Section 2: The Shift "But somewhere along the way, I realized the work I loved most wasn't just making the thing—it was figuring out what the thing should be. The strategy. The story. The cultural positioning that made everything else make sense.
I was getting brought in to execute visions that hadn't been fully thought through. Brands knew they needed content, but didn't know what they were trying to say. Founders had products but not positioning. Creators had audiences but no narrative coherence."
Section 3: The Current Chapter "Now I focus on the strategy that shapes the work. I help brands and founders clarify their story, build content systems that actually work, and show up in ways that feel authentic and intentional.
I still love the execution—I just lead it differently now. Through Kudoz Creative, my production network, I can bring in the right collaborators (cinematographers, designers, editors) to execute the vision while I lead the creative direction."
Section 4: The Teaching Side "As @viciswho, I've built a community of 50K+ creators who I teach about production workflows, content strategy, and storytelling. That teaching energy shows up in my client work too—especially when working with founders who need to show up on camera but don't know where to start."
